I have a suggestion that there should be a way to insert scarlet mechanites item into the scarlet net so luciferium synthesizer can use them.

In Vanilla Expanded Chemfuel you have a drain you can "store" chemfuel there and they automatically count as being in the net for all purposes. Maybe you can use this same solution as well.
