the exact same is happening to me and i do have the content add-on https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2809484259 but reading the comments they say that it breaks the maps but trying it for myself and turing it off it still doesnt fixes it but i am on linux so maybe (but its a big maybe) it might fix it for you to turn it off if your on windows
