I have had the same issue with rebellions while playing as Hesse. As soon as you defeat the rebellion, another one starts immediately afterwards. Like this, expansions are practically impossible.

I had this happen to me too as East Francia.Austria (which was the original state i played before forming East Franica) was constantly rebelling in the middle of a war,

I was playing as scotland and i got teamed on by undefeatable rebels and england, it sucked.

Same hear as Austria, repeatet rebellions in Prague

You can't go into debt otherwise the military will get mad that they aren't getting paid.

Yes sorry for the very long wait to your reply, but the ducats system is set up that if you keep going into debt by buying military factories, civilian factories, and or mercenaries through the ducats decisions tab then they will start to revolt as the country has become bankrupt.

.... I was playing as France until qmy ally Ottoman got declared war upon by Jerusalem, I said ok then ti was the byzantines, i said ok then there was multiple other rebellions


Then after a few seconds... BOOM...... i got around 16 notifications of Byzantines, Jerusalem, Tribes and a few other rebels declaring war to the Ottoman Empire and they were basically on top of eachother in territory. I also would really want someone to fix this issue as its causing multiple problems now and i cant make it stop, Thank you.

i think i only had rebellion cus i played the one that said unplayable thats probably why its like that

never had ducats problem yet had constant rebellions

For me they just happen and I used the 1550 start date no conquest yet
