Hi, I have played a few attempts as Russia now and previously as Ming and Iroquois to get the spread of Major/Minor/Other.
Colonising regions is not functioning as I understand it is supposed to, a region can be claimed with PP and that is the end of interaction with the region to be colonised (for example Northern Siberia), this intern locks out the focus tree branch at "Core Siberia" and all focuses below.
After extensive testing with the diplomacy and decisions tabs there is no way to settle or concur an adjoining region that is control by "Disorganised Tribes". The PP to justify war goals well exceeds the PP point limit by thousands.
The Russian focuses seem to be conflicting with each other as well, "Standoff at Urga" starts the wars, then how is peace achieved (apart from through superior fire power) to progress the focus tree with the Astrakhan Khanate, the work around (very painful) I used for this after conquest to progress the focus tree was to release as a puppet, is this what is intended playing as a Major?
I like mod and the sound track. very different and refreshing from the standard game, hope to see some more content soon.
