Maybe you didn't bother to configure the blackoutsnakes, it doesn't work well, go through the thread of that mod, everyone complains about zennsleep, I use it, and no, it doesn't work correctly.
So first learn how to configure, watch and then answer accordingly.

Well, I don't get your point. You say by yourself that it does not work right.
I also do not see, were you can configure the Blackout Snakes in a way that they work with ZenSleep. And why did you give the advice to go through the thread when even the modder itself agrees in one of the newest comments.
I hope that makes at least sense for you :)

I got the same problem. I see it goes down a littel, then goes up again. I really don't want to delete one of the mods :( I love them BOTH. I really hope this can be figured out. I used MA before but it stopped working after the last DayZ Update. :(
