How about .dds textures instead of .tga - and add MipMaps?

Okay, you added

categories = { "Charles St. Mill" },

but the UI pic is still missing.

The dot insde the name should be removed, as the resulting category UI pic file would need to be named
Charles St. Mill.tga
and a dot inside the file name could confuse the according game core script.
