Why does it say it's suspicious?
For me it says it is a suspicious mod, does anybody know why or how to fix?

Probably because the scripts it uses get a little too complicated. You can usually just ignore those warnings; no one is enough of a loser to put viruses in Steam workshop items

ppg will always say a complicated mod (like this) is suspicious, ignore it, and turn of the settings as this also happens with most 01 mods
