Gate section:

Tell the guard your buisness (Fixing electronics or somthing)
Go to the next guard, unforinutely i forgot the two awnsers. just pay attention or restart the campaign and remember your name, buisness, and company.

Lab: Fixing the computer
(this is somewhat in order, but im sure i missplaced one)

1)Do the introduction and tour,
2)Go into the room that is marked
3)Press E on the machine and run the diagnostic.
4)Read the note, before or after, doesnt matter.
5)Go to the office across from the garage, where the meeting and server room is. To the left of the meeting room is two boxes with a flashing light.
6)Press E on it, and wait roughly 5 second and press E on it again.
7) Go back to the room from step 1)
8) Run it again, should come back fine
9) talk to the lead scientist

Garage: The mechanic

1) Go to the roof, ladder can be found where you enter
2) Go around the radar ball
3) on top of the right box is a wrench, grab that, and read the note on the floor
4) go back to the mechanic, and turn in the wrench
5) ask some questions, should learn the beef between him and the scientist

Radio Tower: The Transmitter or whatever it is

1) Talk to the scientist closest to the security guard
2) ask for help, and agree to help him with his issue
3) go to radio tower
Directions:
Leave the lab and go directly Left,
Go straight across the bridge, take a right
congrads you found the radio tower next to a home.
4) Go into the fanced in tower, and a cutscene should play
5) Follow guard to person
6) I told the truth and nothing bad happened, so do that i guess.
7) Go back
Directions:
Turn around, and take left onto bridge
Take right onto path
Next right will be the lab

The Lab: The Key
1) Talk to scientist
2) Tell him you got it done
3) Go to the bathroom when he tells you
It is the first bathroom you see. The second from the front door.
4) Look under the sink, and grab the key
5) Go back to scientist
6) talk

Server room: Pain.
1) Talk to head scientist
2) Convince him to let you in
3) Wait untill the guard walks away with him, and enter the room
4) find the server, and press E on it.

Time for the "Fun" part
Use "Help" To see the commands. i will try to remember them as best i can.

Enter config file "cd config\" then go to "New" "cd New\" and open the Signature Data file "Open Signiture Data"

Using the signature command, enter the signatues:
i.e.
0xA9A8 -> 0x16910 - LOCAL DATA

Signature 1 -> Signature 2 - File Name

Signature (Signature 1) (Signature 2) [Include caps, numbers, and letters, nothing after or before the spaces per signature
In my case, the last one was it.

A loading bar should appear, and once its done it should have two paths.
go back to the first folder ("cd .." is to go back one folder)

Find your way to those files.
1)First we start with the hard part.
a)Navigate to the screenshot file.
b) When there, use "Open .settings" or whatever the settings file is named.
c) Use the command there, and back out ("cd ..")
d) decrypt the .hidden file, this will give you another puzzle game, this i can't help with.
>However @Elasmo was kind enough to give the hint "Wiggly" which was supprisngly helpfull.
e) After doing it, use the "dl" command to delete the .hidden file.
f) Back out and do the second one.

2) Now the second one
a) Follow the directions to the logs
b) I think it is the second log, it should talk about how they are not supposed to talk about somthing
c) Delete it

Congrads you did it.

5) Go back to the lead scientist and tell him its done

6) random cutscene, your placed into elevator.
7) Snap the guards neck like you snap into a snickers and procese to the tram
8) Roll Credits

NOTES:
I had some help with the computer part from @Elasmo.
It wasnt entirely unclear, so this should fix that a bit.
I'm running off of memory, i have a good 30 minutes between finishing and writing this.

You should probably note that alternatively, you can choose to go against the head scientist and work with the engineer guy. In that case, you need to use the download command on the encrypted photo and both voice logs instead of the delete command.

I'll try to help with what i can, but i can't promise much resaults.
