I have installed the debugging mod and played a few turns with it.
I tried uploading the documents to a paste bin but couldn't since the text files were larger than allowed for the website unless I get the pro membership. So I uploaded them to google drive.

Also, it seems the issue is not solely occurring on Maio Ying but also on lords controlled by her.
