So one flaming barrel won't hurt you when you jump up on it, who cares. When he's asking for people to find design flaws, he's talking about things like a place where you fall somewhere and are stuck and have to restart the map. Or a glitch spot where you can fall through the level, not small things like how one barrel in specific won't casue damage when you jump onto it.

Most people wouldn't notice it anyways.
