Recommendation
1-I think the mod is fine, a bit complicated in terms of the map, but it looks like a realistic mountain, building etc. I recommend making the objects as they are, it might be nicer if they are edited by taking both models and objects from GTA:SA...

2-New events and decissions can be added, it will add a better reality to the game, and a factory can be added, such as a civilian, and the parties should be provided with the opportunity to repair or build.

3-I know the mod is new but there are only 5 sides Police force etc. can be brought, and references to the story can be made with events, etc. The focus tree should also be expanded...

4-We can't use our General or Field marshal hand at all, the chief of the army etc. in the game itself. Things should be added to the Sides and I wish you success in this mod process you are doing..

Thank you for the feedback!

1 - So far I haven't yet touched modeling but I am planning on trying that, perhaps some more notable buildings would be added first.

2 - Events and decisions for sure are coming, I haven't yet touched upon deeper immersion with these methods. The factories are done on purpose, I might do something different with them eventually. At this moment the idea is that you won't really see Grove street build with their own factory. There is a military factory at the National Guard and the idea is you would need to capture strategic locations like these. (Although repairment is a fair statement, I will look into solving this sooner)

3 - The generic focus tree is very bare start to have something. It is nowhere near being done and ofcourse I haven't even started in implementing more of the story into the mod. I will be expanding the map more and more with new states, including the Police department and so on.

4 - Generals and Field marshals are a tricky one. I will fix the crashing that is caused by upgrading them, but in general it is weird seeing a gang having generals and field marshals.

You're welcome, actually the part I called General and marshal was the term Game As you know, there is a rank order in these gangs from normal gang member to OG of the gang, you can add it in terms of Rank, it was made in another GTA: SA mode except your mod, it looks very nice and nice.

Possible Support roles?

Explosives: (Just either Soft or Hard attack)

Medical supplies: Div Recovery rate, Div xp retained,

Snipers: Small Soft attack bonus and recon,

Vest/Armor: Defence bonus but little bit slower.

Basic Recon or Motor Recon: what the basic Recon effect in vanilla Hoi4 does.

Just possible Support roles each nation/gang can have to make there divisions a little more effective.

why grove street fams and Seville Boulevard Families (vagos side fams) are same country? they are not same you can put them like faction or puppet

The army is in, the National Guard, Police will be coming too.

In perfect world I would finish all of the map with playable area, having more countries, gangs and so on, and even have the water acessable with boats.

You should split the gangs into sets. like in the game there is different sets fighting eachother and make it so you could form The Familes or whatever if you take the other sets over

Yes I will split the gangs into several at some point. My goal right now was to make it payable and then focus on the more accurate details.
