How do I add mods to this, Does it load mod VDF's or does it require specific patches to work with?
I'd like to combine the gothic golden mod and unPatch. This tool supposedly allows one to combine mods. However when I start the game with the gothicmod.exe, the ninja, while loaded shows me no patches are active. Where exactly is ninja supposed to load mods from?

This is a misunderstanding. In the context of calling it a "tool", Ninja would be a
developer tool to enable bringing certain resources into the game that would otherwise replace entire components of other loaded mod-projects. For a player, Ninja is merely a silent installation requirement for certain patches to the game and does not require much attention.
