-90% damage (it's a balloon)

+20% swing speed

On crit/minicrit makes enemies laugh

Wearer takes no fall damage
+10% movement speed on wearer
While deployed, when you take damage the baloon pops, granting you a 4 secs ubercharge.
Then you need to reload "Air" meter again (like Cow Mangler, but requires 6 charges instead)

nice idea but why uber ?
-90%damage penalty
on hit: stun enemies for 4 sec and destroy balloon
no falloff damage
balloon time recharge 2 succesful airblast

So it should be stun istead of uber? Ok yea that sounds more suitable for a popping balloon.

But if so then you can just burn enemies and then airblast them 2 times and then you got another go? I think thats too good how about more airblasts required (4 or so)

i think better 100% damage penalty so it could be a suport weapon only and the airblast i mean by succesfully air blast proyectyles

TF2 uses strange logic, not opposite of truth. Balloon=weaker than swords and knives, so it cant be stronger :I
