I'm assuming you're attempting to change the skins on the vanilla planes that are under NATO/CSAT/AAF. That won't work. There are faction specific versions of the planes. Look for Cascadian Independence Force, Pacific Federation and Sicario Mercenary Corp in the factions list, there are versions for all 3 sides, BLUFOR, OPFOR and INDFOR.
