game freezes every time when trying to switch to playable mu+ if 'real inventory backpack' is installed and equipped (may need to leave to a chapter and re-enter spaceship first for bug to occur)

Real inventory is probably failing to put a backpack on mu. Either prevent using the costume or uninstall it if you want to use the mod.

Textures glitch out on a few cutscenes through the story (Seen this a couple times with multiple other playables before)

Not sure if there is actual fix but LOVE MU+ regardless.

If it's in reference to Barrel battle, then yes, we cant fix it
Early Hat cutscenes break expressions and texture placement most of the time due to it just being old. Sorry!
