Forced Repeated Respawn Glitch
Sometimes being in the MP lobby (not host) before/during the mission start causes this
Relaunch the mission and try joining the server after your friend has spawned in, otherwise sometimes repeated spawning attempts end up working eventually
Base Building Crash
Clicking blank space on the item selection menu
Try to avoid clicking blank space where constructables are listed
Black Screen after Respawn

Could indicate that your game is corrupted, more information is needed! If you have this error, please provide me as much information as possible.
Forced Respawn on resume mission
Possibly due to choosing a different slot than you used previously when rloading a mission.
Only one report of this happening, in the future, try to put your stuff in storage before exiting. Hopefully this is only a minor inconvenience.
