Hey I don’t know if that is intended or not, I’m currently playing as the Crownlands but I’m unable to declare a “Liberation War”. I do get the CB when I demand the return of a province, but when I want to declare a war the button to declare it is grey and it says “XXX must be our mutual rival”. Just running this mod, nothing else.
