Mod wont work at all
no matter what i do it doesnt work they dont spawn even in unloaded map parts. The spawn id also doesnt work for me. And even with only the 3 mods needed on i cant find/spawn it. PLS HELP

This is a common issue you have to load the 2 pre req mods and make sure they load order BEFORE this one tsar and whatever the other one is listed on the mods home page on the right side they MUST Be load ORDER first... not just loaded

How do i load them in order? Im new to all of this and just wanted to play with friends on a server with this mod.

I loaded the two libs at the very end of the loadorder, fixed all my vehicle mods.
