add more punishment for leavers and feeders

i get leavers and troll every game this game is impossible to be played
just now i get win traders in team, so they purposely let op skills through and run down mid, before the game starts they dc for a while so i can not report them during game
fix this or its impossible to play

Agree. It's impossible to play, every game people leave, EVERY. Do something with that. I will try it again once abandoned players will be banned for 1 day and can't start a game during this time, otherwise this game has no sence.
