Add hotkey for additional skills autocasting.
We need that hotkey for quick shifting mode of ability like "attack modifiers" or agh_shard_bounder smash of MK.
Something like Infernal blade have cooldown, feel overcontrol when shifting for harass hero or turn off for creeps, specifically when we have a surprise met :cozydarkseer:
