Bug report
Pawns in vehicle are not taken into account to man-in-black event. When the only pawn who is not in vehicle was downed, event was triggered despite 2 healthy pawns in vehicle.

New Flash... When I'm completed build a tank or vehicle, it's appear multi vehicles or Tanks in the screen and my game KO. And I must load previous save that I didn't complete build tank or vehicle yet and stop to build any vehicles immediately to halt this situation happen. I don't know what mods're conflict your. If I must search each mods that conflict your, it's will use extremely times to find this out which one.

I can confirm the issue Building a Vehicle spawns infinite vehicles and grinds the game to a halt and you cant do anything
When I try to spawn an item with debug I get this massages and I can't access debug menu:

yep I confirm that the mod block the access to spawn thing with the debug mode

I figured it out, and it was the weirdest mod in my list - "Let me skill for you" is the one that causes the black hole of infinitely respawning vehicles. Hopefully that works for you too, buddy.

The main gun does no damage, and I get the following error. Secondary machine gun fires just fine.

well we dont need PLA-Steel torren anymore Because Vehicle Framework is there

Not really, Vehicle framework uses crew mechanic, when PLA - Steel torrent doesn't
