Have been able to confirm with just PLA:ST loaded, when drafting mechs it results in any draft command being impossible, only giving the message that the mech is "Out of Command Range". Effectively it acts as if the mechanitor's command range is 0.

The patches mod does not resolve this and unfortunately the Unlimited Mechanitor Command Range mod also doesn't help. Only workaround so far is disabling PLA:ST.
