Necromancy reply, but Rimatomics is a mod that adds very detailed nuclear power, nuclear weapons, and other related things, made by a guy named Dubwise. Definitely recommend going and checking it out too if you like this mod- it's got a lot of cool stuff, well beyond just nuclear energy too, like energy weapon turrets and defense systems to make use of the huge amount of power your nuclear reactors will be making later into the game.
