If 1 = 100% evolution
Than why the option to set the value higher?

Does 100% not mean that everything has evolved to the max that has been set?
Does it mean only 1 zombie function evolves, and you have to increase it for every separate evolution/stage?

Or does setting it higher just make evolution faster?
But then why not just reduce the days it takes to evolve
