The suit are for "short time" use, becaus no oxy. Is a bit usless when you see what it need

It's not a joke, the dev just wants you to figure it out for yourselves. There are several uses for that suit SPECIFICALLY for the Assistant Clown perk tree.

I know how it works and it's a really funny one because you can normaly wear it.

This says a lot about our society (I have no respect for assistants, they're typically useless morons who expect the actual crew to sacrifice the good loot for the ass(istant) to fail or become a griefer)

Have you tried treating them with basic human respect, and looked into their Talent trees to see how their talents work and how they can be useful to the crew?
Maybe try playing as one for the first time ever, they don't provide direct contribution to anything, that's why they are called the ASSISTant, they ASSIST.

clown diving mask provides oxygen, it still provides pressure resistance if not wrong so perfect for the clowny boys
