How do you find the reloading tool parts?

I have no idea where to look, been checking storage units and checked the factory on the far right side of the map

i found 4 reloading tool parts in mal, but i need to know how to repair a broken reloading tool with those 4 parts.... can you help me ? no one talks about this D:

Exacly, anybody knows how to repair the reloading tool? It's needed to craft the reloading table, but I can't find any way to fix it. Pls help
