Kompass citadel
Hello everyone,

Im new to Darkspace, and I use it with a tons of other mods. I discovered a new entity in the cosmos, the kompass citadel. Google told me, thanks to a update log of the mod, that the kompass citadel is related to Darkspace.

My question is : what is it ? Is it linked to a specific origin ? Is it related to event ?

In other words, should I colonize it and everything will be fine, or will I be rekt by some shadow forces ?

Hi, you can colonize it without any problem. In the early game its one expensive blocker with its energy upkeep could become a problem though.

Kompass itself comes from the lore of the mod - a giant space station forged by a previous civilization called "Certus", which is also a playable origin & civic.

I also discovered that isolated origins allow to teleport directly to the kompass citadel using the special gateway, interesting !

can you please explain full mod lore? because in galactic core there's "interstellar portal", what's that?

can you please explain full mod lore? because in galactic core there's "interstellar portal", what's that?
There are digsites near the galactic core about some lore parts of the mod, the full story is not included yet - it will come with the AI Spectrals crisis.
