Great mod. One of my very fave!

I completed the Occult tree and unlocked Reincarnation ship type. However, when I go to the Ship Designer only Phantoms are available.

Is this a bug? Is there another prerequisite beside the tree and having cruiser tech? Could somebody help me?

(I believe this is the mod that generates Occult tree, if not its gotta be Necromancy 4.0. If I have made a mistake, please let me know that too!)
