Bug Report:

- All Research Counters in excess of 10 detach from a High Tech Research Bench when its research value is updated by anything other than a placed facility.

Example Repro:

- Make a modlist with nothing but core, all DLCs, Harmony, Vanilla Expanded Framework, Vanilla Furniture Expanded, and Big Little Mod Patch.
- Place 20 research counters in a 4x5 rectangle directly behind the high-tech research bench.
- Examine it. All 20 research counters are attached.
- Place a Multi-Analyzer nearby. Power it so it gives its research bonus to the high tech research bench.
- Examine the High Tech Research Bench. All research counters are still attached.
- Dev Palette/T:Destroy the Multi-Analyzer.
- Examine the High Tech Research Bench. Ten of the research counters have detached.

Then:

- Take that modlist and remove Big Little Mod Patch.
- Follow steps above.
- When removing the multi-analyzer, all 20 research counters are still attached.

Tested in Rimworld 1.6, Vanilla Furniture Expanded version 1.1.0, Big Little Mod Patch version 4.8.0.
