Certain presidents breaking the House mechanic
I've noticed that certain presidents that have unique negotiation mechanics are unable to negotiate with the house, leading to only their wing of the party approving bills and causing them to fail no matter what, will there be a patch for this?

This can and does happen in real world American politics. Change is supposed to be slow if at all.
