On Topic: I have a suggestion for the stats.
+ You can shoot once during cloaking. Shooting before 10 seconds would reveal the user.
+ Silent headshots
+ Headshots minicrit
- -10% Movement speed
- -20% Damage
- -35% Slower firing speed
(If too many stats, remove Slower firing speed and set damage to -25%, or remove Silent headshots/headshots minicrit, or all of said effects.)
*This weapon has a toggleable laser*(Activate via middle mouse)
While laser is active:
+No Weapon spread(All shots hit to the mark like a sniper rifle)
+Consecutive shots will be minicrits (After hitting a target, you will deal minicrits to him until you miss)
-Consumes cloak while active(lasts 8 seconds)
-Weapon will show laser marker like a sniper rifle
While laser is deactivated
+Enemies will not recieve damage indicators(That Red marker that appears to show where hit from)
+Kills will not show in the killfeed
Default stats(No Laser effect)
+Shots make little to no noise
-Deals -25% damage
-25% slower reload
-20% slower rate of fire
-Reserve ammo is halved(6/12 Ammo 18 in total)
This weapon is designed to be sort of a dual purpose weapon, you can go with one way or the other, Sneaky or Shooty, When the laser is active the spy will be more useful in combat for a short while, but in sacrifice, he will have a very low chance of escaping as his main escape plan the cloak will be consumed while he's fighting, while the laser is off, it is an overall less effective weapon for self defense but is much more useful in picking off low hp foes as they will have a hardtime tracking you as when the laser is not on, the kill is hidden from the enemy and the enemy can't tell where it came from.
Remember, this weapon's stats change whether you have the laser on or not, some stats are not active when the laser is on and vice versa
+Enemies hit are revealed to your teammates, allowing them to see your victim through walls (this debuff ends after 2 seconds)
-15% damage penalty
-10 Health
+ Firing sound is nearly silent
+ First shot of a clip doesn't reveal your disguise
+ On hit: Outline enemy player for 0.5s

-100% damage penalty
-Can only reload once a second shot is fired
