Should be a cosmetic like pip boy
Spy isnt the only one who uses the death watch in the video, so every class should be able to wear it, and like the pipboy it will replace spy's normal watchs (dead ringer doesnt get replaced, but the watch is still on his wrist) Also for all the classes, it shold display the current time in the match)

yeah, but valve hasnt added weapons/reskins in years
