why when i load chica and roxy they are invisible

chica has no eyes when i load her then all the other chica skins/dirty chica and shattered chica are just black with no color also roxy and vannesa are errors

For the error thing, for me it worked to select the "Yes to all" option when downloading more than one model.
Just putting this out here because I spent 20 minutes with only a working Freddy (since he is downloaded first) until I tried that.

Also make sure it says the full file name, otherwise it is the wrong model
