May I publish the CONFIG mod?

Great job as always. I'm looking forward to seeing your mods as they have many unusual cars.
I have created a CONFIG for this car, may I publish it?

Modifications include swapping to a V8 engine and changing the exhaust.
I'm not sure if I should paint the wheels.
