Freezing the game from starting since 2.048
Under certain circumstances, I have confirmed that this update will not start the system.

Target : Users who were using wallpapers that disappeared of version 2.048 from the background selector.

Workaround :
1. Delete CCSE and CookieAssistant (settings data will not be lost)
2. Change to the default blue wallpaper in the background selector.
3. Reinstall CCSE and CookieAssistant and enable them again.
4. Use the background selector to set a background of your choice.

特定の環境下において、今回のアップデートで起動しなくなる現象を確認しました。

対象 : 今回のアプデで背景セレクタから消えた壁紙を使っていた人

回避方法 :
1. CCSEとCookieAssistantを消す（設定データは消えません）
2. 背景セレクタでデフォルトの青い壁紙にする
3. CCSEとCookieAssistantを再度導入し、有効にする
4. 背景セレクタで好きな背景にする
