Try resubscribe to this mod and unsubscribe to other survivor mods.

i also have brita's weapon pack is it possible that its whats causing this issue?

Negative, Brita's Weapon Pack does not affect this npc mod. Do be forewarned though that giving an NPC a Grenade Launcher WILL end in disaster.

Update 2/07/2022: The bug where NPCs try to hit a zombie but deal no damage is occurring incredibly frequently. It appears that the npcs using short range weapons can't "hit" a zombie unless it is literally on top of them. I can confirm that no other mod is interfering. It's bizarre for sure, and definitely game breaking. Regardless much love to the author, I know this is and can be frustrating.

Folks, i was struggling with this problem last week. Now i can have NPCs dealing damage.

I was toying. First place: unsuscribed to Subpar and Superb survivors. Check for that.

Then, i downloaded the mod manager so i cant make the load order for mods, and put 2 in 1 in last place.

With that (its all i remembered, i was hours and hours dealing with it) i can make it work, when before i just see they trying to hit zombies to no damage generated.


Its a fun mod. Sometimes i played with no survivors spawn (but i can use the "6" command to add when i feel i can have 1 o 2 companions).

So, i really wish i can make some of you fix this issue. Tell me about it. In a last resort attemp, i would remove ALL mods and put only this one. All is trial and error.

Oh, unsuscribed to all (this mod included) may work too. I did that in my attempts, maybe that was the solution.

did your npc's freeze or they just couldn't attack?

they literally do everything normally but their attacks dont register to the zombies, the zombies grab them, bite them once they run, zombies grab them again they die.

unsub from all mods and resub?
maybe validate files if that does not work

also male sure you are not using superb and/or subpar survivors

how do i fix this people are just guessing?
