Taming via petting
I had originally intended to add a mechanic for taming passively tamed dinos via petting as well.
Would anyone prefer to be able to tame other dinos by petting as well? Obviously carnivores are a no-go, but most herbivores and some omnivores could be tamed this way. What do you think? What types of dinos should be able to be tamed via petting rather than (or in addition to) normal taming methods?

I would say, solitary animals would be good for pet taming, herd ones like trikes and brontos would be no as they have a species pretection, and wouldnt want to leave their own kind.

I came across the Immersive Taming mod today. (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1251632107)
After giving it a great deal of thought, I've decided to cease any attempts to add taming mechanics to Pet All Dinos, as that functionality is already present in Immersive Taming, and I don't wish to reinvent the wheel. I may revisit the idea in the future, but for now I will focus on other things.
