steering
why is my steering super slow and hard to turn when i go over like 100 bc its very hard to steer and anoying

This is just a guess. But I am presuming that your wheel(or the game) won't detect the engine being on when you go beyond a certain speed. So I imagine that it believes the engine is off and defaults to that Force Feedback. If you try turning the wheel when the truck is off, it's very heavy and hard, just as it would be in a real truck. So you may have to play with force feedback on your game, to get this to change.
