Black Figure sighting
I saw a black figure standing in the small city/village portion(the one with yellow buildings) I think it was an NPC(I've checked through the MW Sweps Thermal Vision and it was apearing like an NPC would)If you are wandering yes I was on singleplayer. I shot it several times and when i got closer it walked into the building with a door leading underground and disapeared I have a screenshot showing it's path

I've seen this too but I don't know if beta 13 is really responsible unless you provide evidence because I am freaking out I posted a 25 minute video on my yt searching for it

I don't know how it works but I'm 100% sure it's true. On beta 13 there is the same black NPC. A lot of people are talking about appearances of black NPC in other maps on gm_construct beta 13 page. Some guy had an error from gm_construct beta 13 while playing on flatgrass so yeah. Also, I saw him today.

I saw two black colored kleiners on genesis walking around and vanished when I got close they just faded not just popping out of existance

It uses lua coding and it runs the lua code on every map, the lua code is spawning npcs, and others around the map
