It's lua coding, you can use the Hooks "HASPlayerCaught" and "HASRoundStarted"

Where i can find them?

They are using command: vs_setmodel_easy (Name of the model) Thats How they do it,I think.
For model, dont know for the editions,prob. with command again.

In the first of all, the "vs_setmodel_easy" or even "vs_setmodel" will not work in everyone's gmod client.
Vanoss paid an coder to make the "vs_setmodel_easy" and the "body changer mods" for him.
If you want to someone do it for ya, you can search in some gmod forums. Remember that you need to pay them.
Or instead of this, you can make an lua file in your gmod folder, and put the hands to work on it!
I'm a coder and i did it myself with my hands, if you don't have any lua coding experience, so i'm pretty sure that this way is not possible for you.
