Changing player model once tagged

I am making a server with hamachi for me and a few friends I was able to change my player model put how do I make it so that it changes one a person is tagged. PLZ help

If you are talking about "Vanoss way bodymods", you will need to make yourself an lua script that runs the tagging teams modification.
