Errors found after refreshing the mod

Hey there. I ran into some trouble while loading this mod and wanted to share with you what I'm facing. Maybe there's something I'm doing wrong?

I turned off mod caching, deleted what I had, unsubscribed, resubscribed, and then attempted to load the table and I'm getting some errors. I took 3 screenshots to help diagnose.

I just rehosted the pdfs as part of the fan packs update, that should solve the rulebooks not showing up for anyone who was unable to connect to the old source
