That looks like an issue with ToolCore. Could I get a bit more info please?
1. Single player or server?
2. Creative or survival?
3. Did the crash happen on world load or later?
4. Were you using a tool when the crash happened?
5. If so, which tool caused the crash? (I'm going to guess the drill)
6. Was it one of my tools or the hand drill?
7. If it was one of mine, was it small grid or large grid?

I've pushed an update to slow down the drill's internal update by quite a lot. Drilling will be slower but hopefully it fixes the error. If not then I'll have to hand it off to Ash to advise.

After the patch, the game crashes on loading.

It could possibly be a corrupted mod download. Other than that it's very difficult to identify what's gone wrong in your save without logs.
