Epirus starts with no armies?
Of the factions I have tried (Carthage, Rome, Bactria, Macedonia, Epirus), only Epirus does not start with the armies they did in the original mod. They begin with their garrison troops only, with the generals spread out with no accompanying troops.

In the original mod they had armies. As this port is still in development I imagine they will receive their starting forces and layout at some point (if they haven't already)
