Vanilla Jobs
  • Researchers/Brain Drones/Calculators production reduced by -2 Society Research
  • Priests production increased by +2 Unity
  • Culture Workers production increased by +1 Unity and +1 Society Research
  • Telepaths now spawn +2 Defensive Armies
  • Duelists now spawn +1 Defensive Armies
  • Healthcare workers production increased by +2 Energy and +2 Society Research.
  • Telepaths now provide +2.5 stability (bonus removed from Psi Corp building)
  • Clerks production increased by +1 Unity
  • High Priests production increased by +5 Unity and +2 Society Research
  • Administrator production increased by +3 Unity
  • Executive production increased by +4 Society Research
  • Spawning Drones now provide +10% population growth
  • Evaluators now provide +2 Amenities
  • Maintenance Drone production increased by +1 Unity and provide +1 Amenities
  • Death Chroniclers and Chronicle Drones now provide an additional +0.5 stability

  • Corvee System - Pop Growth from Immigration increased from 25% to 50%.
  • Imperial Cult - Soldiers produce +2 Unity. Added -10% Edict cost reduction.
  • Beacon of Liberty - Unity production bonus increased from 15% to 20%.
  • Exalted Priesthood - Added +25% Priest job output.
  • Philosopher King - Ruler Skill Levels increased from +2 to +5. Leader EXP gain increased by +100%.
  • Meritocracy - Leader Skill Levels increased from +1 to +2. Specialist job output reduced from +10% to +7.5%.
  • Citizen Service - Naval Capacity bonus increased from +15% to +20%.
  • Feudal Realms - Added Worker job output +10% and Subject acceptance +50.
  • Police State - Soldiers produce +2 Unity. Added Army Health increased by +100%, Local Trade Protection increased by +5, and Ship Piracy Suppression increased by +5.
  • Environmentalist - Consumer Goods upkeep reduced from -20% to -10% and added -5% all job upkeep.
  • Slaver Guilds - Slave job production increased from +10% to +15%. Country enslaved multiplier increased from +35% to +40%.
  • Warrior Culture - Army Damage increased from +20% to +25%. Added Army Upkeep -10% and Army Landing time reduced by 100%.
  • Distinguished Admiralty - Increased Ship Command Limit from +10 to +25.
  • Free Haven - Removed +15% Pop Growth from Immigration. Added +25% Trade Value.
  • Cutthroat Politics - Added +100% Influence from factions and +1 Edict Capacity.
  • Agrarian Idyll - Added +15% empire food production.
  • Shadow Council - Ruler job output increased from +10% to +15%. Replaced +1 Decryption with +10 Spy Network Levels.
  • Mining Guilds - Now add Director of Excavation jobs. Miners produce +1 Engineering Research and +1 Unity.
  • Parliamentary System - Influence from factions increased from +40% to +100%. Added +50% Ethics Shift chance.
  • Efficient Bureaucracy - Added -25% Empire Sprawl from Systems.
  • Nationalistic Zeal - Added +1 Monthly Influence and +2 Max Rivalries. Removed -15% Claim Influence cost.
  • Functional Architecture - Reduced building cost from -15% to -10%. Increased maximum building slots from +1 to +2. Added +25% Planet Build Speed and -10% Building Upkeep.
  • Aristocratic Elite - Increased Governor Skill Levels from +1 to +2. Added +5% Ruler Happiness.
  • Shared Burden - Added +10% Unity Production. Fanatic Authorization empires can now take this civic.
  • Barbaric Despoilers - Added -10% Ship Build Cost and +5 Starbase Capacity.
  • Byzantine Bureaucracy - Added +10% Admin Capacity.

  • Subspace Ephapse - Increased Naval Capacity bonus from +15% to +20%. Added +25 Ship Command Limit.
  • Natural Neural Network - Added +10% Society Research Speed
  • One Mind - Increased Unity output from +15% to +20%. Added +10 Base Intel.
  • Divided Attention - Removed +20% Admin Cap. Added +2 Edict Capacity and -25% Edict cost reduction.
  • Strength of Legions - Removed Army Starting Experience +100. Added +10% Simple Drone job output.
  • Subsumed Will - Removed -30% Empire Sprawl from Pops. Added +20% Admin Capacity and +5 Planet Stability.
  • Pooled Knowledge - Increased Leader EXP gain from +10% to +25%. Added +5% Complex Drone job output.
Machine Empires
  • Constructobot- Reduced building cost from -15% to -10%. Increased maximum building slots from +1 to +2. Added +25% Planet Build Speed and -10% Building Upkeep.

  • Unitary Cohesion - Increased Unity output from +15% to +20%. Added +0.5 Monthly Influence.
  • Rockbreakers - Increased Minerals from Miners from +1 to +2. Added +10% Alloy output.
  • Zero Waste Protocols - Added -5% all job upkeep.
  • Built to Last - Added -25 Deviancy
  • OTA Updates - Removed -20% Empire Sprawl from Pops. Added +20% Admin Capacity and +5 Stability.

  • Delegated Functions - Added +5% Complex Drone job output.

  • Trading Posts - Research Station output increased by +10%.
  • Media Conglomerate - Removed -5% War Exhaustion. Added +2 Edict Capacity.
  • Naval Contractors - Increased Naval Capacity bonus from +15% to +20%
  • Free Traders - Increased Trade Value and Branch Office Value from +10% to +15%.
  • Private Prospectors - Added -25% Empire Sprawl from Colonies.
  • Gospel of the Masses - Increased Spiritualist Ethics Attraction from +50% to +75%.
  • Ruthless Competition - Leader Skill Levels increased from +1 to +2. Increased Leader EXP gain from +10% to +25%.
  • Criminal Heritage - Added +0.5 Monthly Influence.
  • Private Military Companies - Soldiers produce +2 Trade Value.
  • Franchising - Added +0.5 Monthly Influence.
  • Indentured Assets - Slave job production increased from +10% to +15%. Country enslaved multiplier increased from +35% to +40%.

Vanilla Ascension Perks
  • Biological Ascension may now be taken with Synthetic Evolution or Psionic Ascension.
  • Become the Crisis - Increased the number of prior Ascension Perks from 1 to 5.
  • Galactic Force Projection - Increased Naval Capacity from +80 to +100 and Command Limit from +20 to +50.
  • Interstellar Dominion - Added -10% Empire Sprawl from Colonies.
  • Grasp the Void - Added +50% Starbase Capacity, Operation Skill (Sabotage) +4, and Operation Speed (Sabotage) +25%.
  • Eternal Vigilance - Increased Starbase Damage from +25% to +50%, Starbase Hull from +25% to +100%, and Starbase Defense Platform Damage from +25% to +50%.
  • Imperial Prerogative - Added +1 Civic Slots.
  • Executive Vigor - Added Edict Duration +100%.
  • Transcendent Learning - Increased Leader EXP Gain from +50% to +250%.
  • Universal Transactions - Added +25% Branch Office Value.

This mod is not currently updated to 3.10.

Eta on update? Kinda curious at this point as I like to use it with NSC3 and Gigaconstructs for the lolz.
