helmet saving bug
when i try saving a guy with a helmet it doesnt work

that happens with most of the mods that adds attachable items for humans, and i dont think it has a way to fix it

i have found that it was certain mods that dont get along like i had a androids mod and had this exact thing but when i unequipted it it went away
