I don't know what to do about this :steamfacepalm:. There's no good value if you pull too much in the first place. It might be that you have very good elevators, which means take it easy when pitching. :steamhappy:

Whenever i go over a certain amount over speed my elevators will lock up at their limit no matter what sort of angle i limit them, I am also using Randa's thin wings

As already reported, the pitch angle of the elevator can become uncontrollable. It seems to occur when pressing the W key or maxing throttle using someone else's throttle script. This is a flawed aircraft control program.
I made a video of how the bug occurs. I hope it helps you with your fix.

Thank you for this, especially with the info on the world max speed. I haven't run to control surfaces beyond 200m/s but based on the behavior in the vid, I think it's possible for the problem to occur at lower speeds. I don't think I can fix the way the rotors react at higher speeds / sudden movements and at much stronger forces, but I think I can just provide a max angle at a certain speed to lessen the angle of attack a bit so that it would be manageable.

For now, kindly check the following if they would help specifically with your build:
- Max out the rotor power so they can counter the control surface forces a bit better
- Watch out for colliding control surfaces - If they push against each other the rotor behavior becomes unpredictable (sometimes rotors get pushed beyond rotor limits). This is a very common problem.
