Bug: Can't deploy smokescreen's from Ground Vehicles with this mod loaded.

Mod list: Tested with only this mod and again with ACE and CBA + mod;
Smokescreens not working in either mod list.
Tested in the Virtual Arsenal.

Tested Vehicles: T-100, R-140, BTR-K, M2A1 Slammer, AMV-7 Marshall
