Carriages and bikes/cars

Hello metro fans i want to talk about this mod specfically the hand cart and its powered vareients.
to my information the rail car and bike both have worse stats then both of the hand carts. the only good thing about them is the armor. does anybody know why or if these are even good to use or should i keep using the hand carts?
