Well-Hidden NPCs and quests or am I just blind?
Right now the only Main Quests available to me are those one from Major Li.
I've searched the entire map for NPCs or items to start either Coalition (CLT) or NeonBlue (NB) ones. Found some locked doors and missing NPCs. Do I need to progress somewhere else or am I just blind and dumb?

the mission 1-5,you need to go to the Liaoning aircraft carrier to meet the Captain.
You can find a PLA outpost near Fuzhou, or use the Driver NPC to get there for free. At the outpost, talk to the helicopter pilot - he'll fly you to the carrier. After speaking with the Captain, you can choose one questline from PLA,NB,or CLT and unlock more missions. :griefer:

It only allows me to accept PLA mainquest from ACT II. Dunno where the NB or the CLT quests starts... Do I have to finish the ACT II to unlock the NB or CLT quests for ACT 3, 4, 5...

you can only choose one questline to follow. :griefer:
Unless you go to the game's savedata folder and manually clear your quest progress files,so you'll be able to restart from Mission 1-1 while keeping your current items. Once you complete the starting quests at the toll station, head to the Liaoning aircraft carrier to select a different faction storyline.
